Meditation Classes

Rev. Tina Catanzaro has been teaching meditation for over 25 years. As each person experiences meditation differently, Tina’s approach is creative and flexible. She explores many avenues to help people turn off their thinking mind and let go into a calm state of relaxation to explore their potential for attaining healing balance. Elements of tuning techniques and hands on healing are incorporated into all levels of classes.

Meditation offers tremendous opportunities for releasing the energy of old issues, beliefs, and experiences that may be undermining your sense of well-being. In every release, you create space to think more clearly, function more effectively, and live more joyfully.

Which Meditation Class is Right for You?

For her meditation classes, Rev. Tina Catanzaro’s recommends that you start with a few beginner/intermediate classes, simply as a respect for the process, to get a sense of what it’s like and how you feel about it.

Tina also advises that it helps if you first have an Intuitive Reading with her. That way she can guide you on whether it’s best for you to start with a beginner/intermediate or advanced class.

Because of the sensitive nature of advanced classes, Tina requires that you first have an Intuitive Reading with her to be sure you’re ready. The classes invite a powerful openness and involve group healings and spirit guide channeling. Those participating are typically already well versed in elevating their energy, and Tina needs everyone to be ready for what may happen. Some levels of openness may surprise people or be hard to handle, so it helps if you have had more experience with how energies work.
